Halliday Glasses include a one-year warranty from the date of delivery, and we accept returns and exchanges in accordance with our standard policy. Are Halliday Glasses suitable for users with myopia or hyperopia?

Halliday Glasses are built for daily, long-term use and feature an integrated diopter adjustment system. Rotate the display module to align it with your eyesight for the best clarity. Our display, located over the right eye, module accommodates prescription adjustments from -8.0 to +2.0.

What types of lenses are compatible with Halliday Glasses?

Halliday Glasses are fully compatible with standard prescription lenses. If you provide your prescription details during the ordering process, we will pre-install custom prescription lenses tailored to your vision requirements before shipment. We also offer specialized lens options, including sunglasses and photochromic lenses, to meet your specific needs.

What is the weight of Halliday Glasses?

Halliday Glasses weigh only 27g (without lenses)—about half the weight of other smart glasses and lighter than most sunglasses.

Can I replace the lenses on my Halliday Glasses?

Halliday Glasses are compatible with most standard lens types, including non-prescription, prescription, and sunglass lenses. Since our display technology operates independently of the lens optics, you can have replacement lenses installed at any optical store.

    What is the projection method of Halliday Glasses?

    DigiWindow technology is Halliday's exclusive proprietary projection system for smart glasses. Our DigiWindow module redirects light from our micro-LED display and projects the image at the upper right of your field of view, equivalent to a 3.5-inch screen right in front of you.
    Compared to other smart glasses using waveguide technology, Halliday offers the following advantages:
    • No Light Leakage: DigiWindow ensures complete visual privacy—display content remains visible only to the user with no light leakage.
    • No Rainbow Effects: Eliminates rainbow effects and visual distortions commonly associated with waveguide displays, reducing eye strain during extended use.Minimizes Distractions: The display positioning outside your primary field of view minimizes interruptions to real-world interactions. Content appears only when you glance up at the screen.
    • Clear Visibility in Bright Environment: Waveguide-based smart glasses may struggle outdoors, but Halliday Glasses ensure clear readability even in direct sunlight.
    • Compatible with Prescription Lenses: Unlike waveguide smart glasses that struggle with compatibility and high maintenance costs, Halliday Glasses work with any standard lens type without requiring specialized optics, allowing easy prescription lens installation and replacement at any optical retailer.

      How does the position of DigiWindows ensure optimal visibility?

      The DigiWindow display module offers multiple adjustment mechanisms for personalized viewing comfort. You can slide the display module in any direction (up, down, left, or right) and adjust the nose pads to accommodate your unique face shape and eye distance. Additionally, the module can be rotated to achieve optimal focus for your vision needs. (Prescription range: -8.00 to +2.00).
      We will also provide live video support to ensure the fitting process is as smooth as possible.

      Will prolonged use of Halliday cause eye strain or discomfort?

      Halliday is designed for "at a glance" use, reducing the need for prolonged focus on the display module. Our MicroLED technology produces gentle, low-intensity green light that is naturally easier on the eyes. Users can also manually adjust the brightness setting as needed.

      Are Halliday Glasses waterproof? Can they be used in rainy weather?

      Halliday glasses and the control ring carry an IP54 rating for water and dust resistance, providing protection against water splashes and dust. Extensive contact with water is not recommended (washing, swimming, showering, and heavy rain conditions).

      How do I get started with my Halliday Glasses?

      The Halliday display module supports adjustments for interpupillary distance, display height, and vision correction to ensure optimal clarity. During initial setup, it may take approximately 10 minutes to configure these settings properly. Once setup is complete, no further adjustments are needed for everyday use.

        Halliday Glasses offer two primary control methods. You can use the temple controls located on the glasses frame, or the control ring for discreet fingertip commands. Additionally, you can customize the quick-access button to provide instant access to your most frequently used functions.

        Are Halliday Glasses compatible with my smartphone?

        Yes, Halliday Glasses are compatible with both iOS and Android devices and connect via Bluetooth. The companion app allows you to adjust essential settings including brightness, volume, and quick action button. You can also set reminders, create cheatsheet content, record voice memos, change translation language pairs, and view your AI conversation history for a complete user experience.

        What is the system language of Halliday Glasses?

        Our system language currently only supports English. We plan to expand language support in the second half of 2025, with new languages added through future software updates.

        Do Halliday Glasses have a microphone or speaker?
