Order Processing Time

Due to inventory constraints, Halliday DigiWindow Glasses and the Smart Control Ring may be shipped separately. You will receive email updates to keep you informed every step of the way.
Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders may take longer to process and ship than regular orders. Estimated shipping dates will be provided at the time of purchase and may be subject to change. Pre-orders and regular orders follow the same return, exchange, and cancellation policies.

Customs and Duties

Order Changes & Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase.
Please note that Halliday DigiWindow Glasses with prescription lenses are custom-made and can only be cancelled within this 24-hour window. After that, they are non-refundable and not eligible for return. For all other situations, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy below.

Credits will be deducted based on the usage time and selected AI functions.
After purchase, credits will be added to the account associated with the email used during checkout.
